like! they’ve had years of being groomed by an omnipresence! an all seeing force! flaunted before a crowd of one for viewing pleasure with designed clothes that fit them a little off, and haircuts each week to keep them trim for the story. all those years of bar fights means his nose is now twisted slightly in the middle, too. dean picks at his hands, gets blood caught beneath his nails and he goes vegan partially to stop feeling sick every time he eats dairy, but also because he wants to stick around for his family now. castiel doesn’t like people poking around his body, it’s his now, so his teeth get a little crooked and his hair is all jaunty angles from where he cuts it himself.
Post canon I just think that it’s such a fascinating concept that god was pulling all the strings, and now those strings are cut! they’re regular people now! they don’t have glassy skin or pearly smiles, anymore! they get papery shadows beneath their eyes if they forgo a nights sleep, like they used to thoughtlessly so many times before. Because you did, and while you can do anything other little boys can have strength like you. Every time i hear a childhood similar to yours, I think “they’ll make it through”. When it gets cold i wonder if your bones are aching, because i know the stories behind your injuries.
When i get to go to study i know I’ll think of you on the plane because you pushed me to apply, and you comforted me when I was accepted to my schools, but the scholarships fell through. I know when flannel season comes around you’ll constantly be on my mind because we were supposed to trade ours. I remember you when i put on “our” jersey, because we have the same number and you wanted to steal my high school shirt. I think about you when I’m lying in the hammock, reading a book while it rains because that was one of our first conversations where we made promises for the summer. Raccoons too, we said we looked like them when we had dark circles under our eyes but were still cute. Single Top 100.Pineapple on pizza makes me think of you, because you said i was crazy for liking it. Type Clown in the "Search BPI Awards" field and then press Enter. Sandé performed "Clown" during the final of the ninth series of The X Factor on 9 December 2012, as well as appearing on The Voice of Holland in November 2012. The music video takes inspiration from the 1928 silent film "Joan of Arc" as a woman is put on trail and urged by a group of men to recant her claims of belief. The video was made in the style of a silent film and shows Sandé being urged by a group of men, in military uniform, to sign a document in order to receive something in return. I feel the video reflects that." Music video Ī music video to accompany the release of "Clown" was first released onto YouTube on 6 December 2012 with a total length of three minutes and forty-seven seconds. Commenting on the song, Sandé said, "It’s about how I felt when I was trying to get signed, I was going for all these meetings and people were looking at me like ‘What do we do with you’? It's about not allowing yourself to be judged by others or to be taken for an idiot. The song talks about Sandé's first experiences in the music industry, mainly reflecting her search to be signed by a music company and the encounters with several music business people.
